Andy leads on identifying, articulating and maintaining opportunities to enhance the evidence base for sustainable transport. Andy provides high-level support to colleagues in communicating the relevance of the evidence to С��’ delivery, business development and influencing activity. He is responsible for managing key relationships with external experts, academics, and senior civil servants.
